Senior Network Engineer

Tasks

• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure using Cisco and Arista switches and routers.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions, including Cisco Viptela, Meraki, Fortinet, or Versa.
• Support Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, VLANs, STP, and routing protocols.
• Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP in multi-vendor environments.
• Manage Internet edge routing, ISP peering, route filtering, and prefix lists.
• Troubleshoot network issues, including routing loops, broadcast storms, port flapping, and connectivity failures.
• Monitor network performance using NetFlow, SNMP, Syslog, NetScout, and Cisco DNA Center.
• Support wireless networking, network security, firewall integration, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain network documentation and participate in incident response and on-call support.

Requirements

• 4–6 Years
• Cisco IOS/XE and Arista EOS
• SD-WAN technologies and centralized management platforms
• Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
• Layer 2 switching, VLANs, and STP
• Enterprise wireless networking and RF fundamentals
• Network monitoring, troubleshooting, and security
• Preferred: Python and Ansible automation
• Preferred: Cloud networking: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Preferred: Firewall, NAC, and load balancer integration
• Preferred: Certifications such as CCNP, Arista ACE, CWNA, or SD-WAN vendor certifications
