Job description
Subash is hiring a Senior Network Engineer (Wireless) for an onsite contract role in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This position supports Dexian and is suited to a local Colorado candidate with deep experience planning, designing, and deploying wireless and carrier-grade network systems.
Role Details

Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and deploy complex wireless network systems.
- Support full-stack networking across OSI layers, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Implement and support 5G Core and WAG deployments, including code upgrades.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Linux, Firewall, and Load Balancer teams.
- Create network documentation and diagrams, and improve processes.
First 90 Days
- First 30 days: Analyze and document connectivity across teams.
- First 60 days: Define a roadmap for WAG upgrades and network enhancements.
- 90 days and beyond: Lead deployments, refine processes, and manage the core network.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Wi-Fi experience with 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, including Wi-Fi 5, 6, and 7.
- Hands-on WAG experience with Nokia, Juniper, Ruckus, or Nexus.
- Working knowledge of OSPF and BGP routing protocols.
- Solid Linux fundamentals and carrier-grade network experience.
- Strong documentation and diagramming skills, including Visio.
Preferred Qualification
- CCNP Wireless certification or equivalent experience.
