Senior Odoo ERP Implementer

Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects across multiple industries.
Work closely with clients to analyze business requirements, implement tailored Odoo solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support.
Conduct business analysis sessions and gather client requirements.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
Configure standard Odoo modules according to business needs.
Design business processes and recommend best practices.
Work closely with technical teams to deliver customizations and integrations.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support issue resolution.
Deliver user training and prepare functional documentation.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
Support pre-sales activities including product demonstrations and solution workshops.
Ensure successful project delivery with high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on Odoo ERP implementation experience.
Proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle Odoo ERP projects.
Strong business process analysis and ERP consulting skills.
Experience implementing one or more Odoo modules.
