About DiDiDiDi Global is the world’s leading mobility technology platform. We are expanding rapidly across Argentina and the Southern Cone, and we are looking for highly analytical, data-driven, and autonomous professionals to join our Regional Operations team.
About the RoleWe are consolidating our search for three high-impact tracks: Growth, Marketplace, and Strategy & Planning (S&P).As a Senior Operations Analyst, you won’t just be pulling reports; you will act as a functional specialist driving core regional projects. You will combine commercial and operational "grit" with a deeply analytical mindset to optimize existing playbooks, diagnose business bottlenecks, and deliver scalable growth.
What You’ll Do:Data-Driven Insights: Masterfully extract, manipulate, and analyze large-scale datasets using SQL and Python/R to solve complex business challenges and guide regional strategy.Process Optimization: Independently execute complex operational tasks, proactively diagnose bottlenecks, and suggest/implement scalable improvements to our playbooks.Project Lifecycle Management: Take full ownership of small to mid-sized projects, setting priorities, planning timelines, and ensuring visibility cross-functionally.Automation & Tech Innovation: Leverage modern systems, tracking dashboards, and AI/automation tools to streamline daily operations and minimize manual workloads.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as an analytical and operational partner for regional leadership, Product, and Marketing teams, effectively adapting communication for both technical and executive audiences.
What We’re Looking For:Experience: 3+ years of experience in Business/Operations Analytics, Growth, Consulting, or Strategy roles—ideally within high-growth Tech companies, Startups, or Marketplaces.Technical Mastery: Proven track record and complete independence using SQL for data extraction and manipulation (Advanced queries, joins, and subqueries are a must).Statistical Tools: Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis and statistical modeling is a strong plus.Languages: Business-level fluency in English (Advanced/C1 written and spoken) is required to collaborate with global stakeholders.Location: Based in Buenos Aires (Hybrid model).
