Senior Operations Manager

About the role

Lime is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead regional operations for the Bay Area. The role represents Lime with city officials, community members, and businesses, and serves as the voice of Operations to internal stakeholders. It works cross-functionally on market strategy and fleet optimization, manages the region's P&L, and leads senior-level warehouse staff through guidance and coaching.

This position requires an onsite presence during assigned business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large and/or complex market or regional operations team, ensuring the market meets operating metrics and defined KPIs.
• Manage warehouse operations, operational excellence, and compliance in collaboration with Facilities and Environment Health & Safety teams.
• Champion operational excellence, own end-to-end operational improvements, advise cross-functional teams, and engage in strategic discussions with external stakeholders, including city officials.
• Analyze the region, identify trends, and implement recommendations to grow and optimize.
• Define and implement an operations strategy for the region.
• Promote safety, increase ridership, and understand local riders' needs.
• Provide guidance and coaching to warehouse staff.
