Senior Oracle Database Administrator

About the role

Support enterprise database environments across development, test, and production.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Oracle DBA experience
• Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP, or similar platforms
• Strong SQL tuning, query optimization, and performance troubleshooting
• Experience with database health checks, monitoring, backup, and recovery
• Knowledge of database patching, maintenance, security, and capacity planning
• Experience leading or managing teams in large enterprise environments
• Exposure to forecasting, roadmapping, budgeting, and maintenance contracts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities
• Preferred: Oracle database migrations and upgrades.
• Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment in St. Louis, MO.
