Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist – AI Transformation

Tasks

• Develop enterprise-wide OCM strategies and roadmaps aligned with AI transformation goals
• Lead readiness and change impact assessments across people, processes, and technology
• Guide executives and sponsors on adoption, resistance management, workforce impacts, and responsible AI practices
• Design compelling change communications and engagement strategies
• Enable successful AI adoption through training, champion networks, pilot programs, and reinforcement activities
• Measure adoption, readiness, and value realization to drive continuous improvement
• Create reusable frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits that strengthen organizational change capabilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading OCM for large-scale digital, technology, or AI transformations
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise AI or GenAI initiatives from strategy through adoption
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, communications, workforce transformation, and change readiness
• Certification in a recognized OCM methodology (Prosci ADKAR, CCMP, or equivalent)
• A degree in Organizational Development, HR, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Must be eligible for Reliability Status clearance
