Senior Payment Program Manager

Tasks

• Lead enterprise-scale Banking Payments and Blockchain/DLT initiatives from discovery through production implementation.
• Drive payment modernization across ACH, Wire Transfers, RTP, FedNow, SWIFT, and ISO 20022.
• Manage blockchain/DLT programs involving digital assets, tokenization, smart contracts, and distributed settlement.
• Own program roadmaps, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Product, Architecture, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and QA.
• Manage Agile/SAFe delivery, release planning, governance, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee enterprise integrations involving APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, security, and legacy banking systems.

Requirements

• 12+ years of IT experience with strong Program/Technical Program Management expertise.
• Strong Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Payments Modernization programs.
• Working knowledge of ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, SWIFT, and ISO 20022.
• Experience managing Blockchain/DLT or Digital Asset technology programs.
• Understanding of smart contracts, APIs, microservices, security, encryption, and enterprise integration.
• Strong Agile/Scrum/SAFe and SDLC experience.
