We are looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to take end-to-end ownership of Colombia payroll for 100+ employees. The role covers full payroll execution, social security, statutory benefits, labor compliance, reporting, reconciliations, and payroll accounting, in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilidades

Execute and review payroll processes accurately and on time.Manage social security, statutory benefits, and labor obligations.Ensure compliance with Colombian labor and tax regulations.Support internal and external audits.Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations.Provide payroll support to employees and internal stakeholders.Participate in payroll system improvements and process optimization.

Calificaciones

Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience in Colombia.Experience managing end-to-end payroll processes for 100+ employees.Strong knowledge of Colombian labor legislation, payroll, social security, statutory benefits, and employment termination processes.Experience with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and payroll-related accounting.Advanced Excel skills.Experience with ERP or payroll systems (experience with BUK is a plus).Intermediate English (B1 baseline), able to hold conversations, participate in meetings, and collaborate on global projects.Previous experience in multinational companies, BPOs, EORs, or payroll consulting firms is highly desirable.
Habilidades Preferidas
