Job description
About the role
Innovaitglobal is looking for an experienced Senior Pega LSA with expertise in enterprise Pega application development, architecture, integrations, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise Pega applications and architecture.
- Manage REST / SOAP API integrations and BIX configuration.
- Conduct PDC reviews and performance tuning.
- Support case management, BPM, decisioning, and workflow automation.
- Apply Pega guardrails and architecture governance.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.
Requirements
- 12+ years of Pega development experience.
- Expertise in the Pega Infinity Platform.
- Experience with BIX configuration and management, REST / SOAP API integrations, PDC reviews, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of case management, BPM, decisioning, workflow automation, Pega guardrails, and architecture governance.
- Experience with code reviews, developer mentoring, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud deployments, and enterprise application development.
- CLSA certification and experience with large-scale enterprise implementations are preferred.
