Senior PeopleSoft HCM Technical Program Lead/Manager

Tasks

• Lead and manage PeopleSoft HCM technical and functional teams.
• Oversee Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor and Benefits Administration initiatives.
• Manage project delivery, resources, schedules, risks and escalations.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Drive UX/UI modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 16+ years of IT Program/Project Management experience.
• 16+ years of PeopleSoft HCM leadership and team management.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Core HR, Payroll for North America and Time & Labor.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) deployments.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle database management.
• Experience leading UX/UI modernization initiatives.
• Experience implementing third-party identity provider solutions.
• Knowledge of DOJ Section 508 compliance.
• Experience with data visualization system integration.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, business analysis and SDLC.
• Experience managing technical and functional teams, stakeholders, SLAs and KPIs.
• 10+ years of government/public-sector IT program management.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
