Job description
Requirements
- Strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, EPM, and PeopleTools security.
- Hands-on experience with user profiles, roles, permission lists, row-level security, component/page access, and process security (RBAC).
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft security architecture, security tables, role assignments, and access provisioning.
- Experience managing employee, contractor, vendor, retiree, and terminated-user access.
- Expertise in PeopleSoft Query Manager, public/private queries, Query Access Groups (QAG), query trees, and permission lists.
- Experience securing PII, employee records, payroll data, and other confidential information.
- Experience with periodic access reviews, role recertification, manager approvals, segregation of duties (SoD), and privileged access assessments.
- Ability to collect audit evidence, remediate security findings, and support compliance requirements.
- H1B / Green Card (GC)
