Senior Planisware Software Engineer

About the role

Engineer and modernize an enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) platform supporting vehicle engineering, product development, and automotive manufacturing.

The team is transitioning from an internally developed system to a Planisware SaaS platform used for vehicle engineering timelines, new-model and trim planning, product lifecycle activities, and PMO operations.

Requirements

• Planisware Enterprise: Proven hands-on implementation, development, migration, and customization experience
• Java / JavaScript: Strong programming and software engineering fundamentals
• SQL & Database Technologies: Oracle, SQL Server, relational database design, and complex SQL optimization
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Planisware Enterprise development and customization
• Advanced Planisware scripting: OPX2Script / L6 / L7
• Java, JavaScript, Python, or related application development technologies
• Strong Oracle / SQL Server and relational database knowledge
• Complex SQL query development and performance tuning
• Enterprise API and web service integration experience
• OOP, Agile/Scrum, SDLC, testing, and code review practices
• Git/GitHub, release management, and CI/CD familiarity
• Planisware Developer Certification (preferred)
• Planisware Enterprise implementation or migration projects (preferred)
• Automotive, vehicle engineering, manufacturing, or product development (preferred)
• Engineering timing plans and product lifecycle management (PLM) (preferred)
• R&D budgets, engineering data structures, and PMO systems (preferred)
