Senior Platform Scrum Master/Release Train Engineer (RTE)

About the role

Own Agile execution across a large, complex Data & Analytics (D&A) enterprise platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Agile / Scrum / Enterprise Technology Delivery
• Formal RTE experience or equivalent platform-level ART ownership
• Certified Scrum Master - exact certification must be disclosed
• Strong hands-on SAFe experience
• Coordinated 10–12+ Scrum Masters / Product Teams simultaneously
• Personally facilitated large-scale PI Planning
• Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, PO Sync, System Demos amp; Inspect and Adapt
• Experience aligning hundreds of stakeholders
• ART-level PI objectives, execution, dependencies amp; delivery metrics
• Proven resolution of critical risks, blockers amp; cross-team dependencies
• Enterprise Data amp; Analytics / Data Engineering / Cloud Data Platform experience
• Azure DevOps, Jira or comparable Agile delivery tools
• Exceptional executive communication, facilitation amp; conflict resolution
• Preferred: SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification
• Preferred: Large enterprise Data amp; Analytics organizations
• Preferred: Multiple interconnected data products and shared platforms
• Preferred: Distributed teams and multiple delivery partners
• Preferred: Complex enterprise integration dependencies
• Preferred: Enterprise Agile metrics and value stream optimization
• Preferred: ART-level dashboards and flow m
