Job description
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of privacy and information security principles
- Experience conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) in the public sector
- Knowledge of Ontario privacy legislation, including FIPPA, MFIPPA, and PHIPA
- Experience with privacy risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Understanding of IT systems, data flows, and information security
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder consultation skills
- Ability to prepare PIA reports, briefing materials, and training resources
- Familiarity with OPS privacy processes and public-sector environments
Schedule
- Onsite – 5 days a week
- 7.25 hours per day, Monday to Friday
- Start Date: October 26, 2026
- End Date: October 1, 2027
- Extension: Probable after the initial mandate
