Senior Program Manager (Data and AI Programs)

Tasks

• Experience owning & managing multi-workstream Data & AI programs.
• Partner with business, engineering and product teams to align priorities and outcomes
• Manage stakeholders at all levels, including director and VP/executive leadership
• Prepare and present clear program updates, status reports, and executive-level communication
• Drive governance, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination
• Track KPIs and ensure delivery of business value from data and AI solutions

Requirements

• 10+Years
• Visa: USC / GC / GC EAD / H1B / H4 EAD
• Driver's License: Required – Valid US DL
• 10+ years of program/project management experience, with a significant portion in Data & AI initiatives
• Hands-on understanding of data platforms, analytics, ML/AI lifecycle, and cloud data ecosystems
• Proven record of delivering large, cross-functional programs
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with program tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.)
• PMP / PgMP / Agile certification (SAFe, CSM) is a plus
• Must be based in or willing to work onsite in San Jose, CA
• College/University degree or higher
• Prior experience from networking domain companies or a similar large enterprise environment
