This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $75,000 per year and the opportunity to lead impactful engineering projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Lead project planning and development, ensuring projects meet timelines and budget requirements. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define clear project specifications and requirements. Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to meet targets. Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports for senior management and stakeholders. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to avoid potential issues. Supervise and mentor junior engineers and project team members, promoting a collaborative work environment. Coordinate with other departments to optimize resource management and streamline project processes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in engineering. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalents. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
