The Mission

We are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our growing Cloud Project Management (CPM) team. The ideal candidate brings deep project management expertise and a proven track record of leading complex, multi-solution cloud engagements in a consulting environment. You are a strategic thinker who drives project ownership with confidence, blends methodologies to fit the engagement, and builds lasting client trust at every level of the organization. Your mission will be to lead high-value client engagements, champion delivery excellence, and mentor the next generation of Caylent Project Managers.

Your Assignment

Lead end-to-end ownership of multi-solution projects, proactively managing the backlog, schedule, scope, and budget alignment Develop and facilitate multi-workstream project roadmaps, including all internal and external dependencies to avoid risks and ensure client alignment Blend Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project type; facilitate roadmap planning, dependency management, and ongoing reprioritizationLead communication and mitigation/action plans grounded in solution-driven best practicesDemonstrate deep AppDev project management competency, including backlog development based on client requirements and SDLC Feature/Release managementEffectively communicate with all stakeholders—including Client executives, Delivery teams, Sales, and LeadershipProactively identify and propose upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales; ensure clients understand and value the PM’s contributionLead discussions to identify client needs and collaborate with Sales for strategic account expansion; manage cross-functional client teams and external vendorsProvide timely Lattice feedback for project teams including workstream PMs, with a focus on client valueMentor Project Coordinators, PMs, and Delivery team on Project Management and Agile practicesParticipate as a first-round or panel interviewer for PM candidatesLead CPM initiatives or trainings and contribute within strategic cross-functional initiatives

Your Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager in a client-facing role3+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environmentExperience managing complex, multi-solution projects over $1 million with teams of 5 or moreCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certificationAWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or similar cloud based certification or experienceAbility to leverage multiple Project Management methodologies and/or approaches to drive the best Client experienceBackground in managing projects solutioned around infrastructure modernization, data engineering, or application development disciplinesStrong experience with application development (AppDev) project management, including SDLC and Feature/Release managementProven track record of facilitating executive-level stakeholder communicationsExceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple complex engagements

AWS Certified AI Practitioner certificationAWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certificationExperience leading client Agile transformations or implementationsExperience managing projects as a Technical Project ManagerFamiliarity with SAFe frameworks and PI PlanningExperience in a mentorship or team leadership capacityDemonstrated success in account expansion within a consulting environment
