About the role
Commercial Electrical Construction
Tasks
- Lead commercial electrical construction projects ranging from service jobs to large-scale projects valued at $3 million–$20 million.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Commercial electrical construction experience preferred
- Experience managing projects valued at $3M–$20M
- Strong knowledge of budgets, scheduling, cost control and change orders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accubid, Bluebeam and Spectrum experience preferred
- Strong leadership and client relationship management skills
- PMP certification and experience mentoring junior project managers preferred
Pay
- Annual Salary: $125,000
