The Senior Project Manager, Commercial & Industrial Logistics manages projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout and implements real estate and construction strategies that support organizational objectives. The role exercises decision-making authority over project budgets and capital expenditures across a portfolio of more than 60 properties, representing more than $200 million in average annual spend, within established approval thresholds and governance requirements. The position reports to the Vice President, Real Estate - Americas and works with internal stakeholders, brokers, landlords, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to support safe, timely, on-budget, and compliant project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial and industrial warehouse construction projects from initiation through design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
- Manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties, directing capital improvement projects, facility upgrades, and required capital maintenance activities.
- Drive real estate and construction strategies aligned with organizational objectives and internal client priorities.
- Lead project initiation, scope development, project prioritization, and milestone management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and commitments.
