Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager leads complex projects across one or more business units and is accountable for delivery within defined timelines, budgets, quality standards, and project constraints. You will manage project resources, schedules, finances, risks, issues, and change requests from kickoff through completion. The role also contributes to process improvements that strengthen project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives spanning one or multiple lines of business.
• Provide on-site leadership for project teams and support effective collaboration.
• Manage project resources, schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
• Track and resolve project issues and risks, and manage change requests.
• Ensure required deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within time and cost constraints.
• Follow applicable project quality and control guidelines throughout the project life cycle.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery.
• Help ensure projects achieve the benefits defined in their business cases.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multifamily projects is required.
