Job description
About the role
RETS Associates is recruiting for two Property Management opportunities on behalf of our client, a privately owned commercial real estate investment firm with a diversified portfolio across major U.S. markets.
Both positions will support a 500K SF Class A office portfolio in Seattle, WA.
Tasks
- Lead day-to-day property operations, oversee the on-site team, tenant and vendor relationships, financial performance, leasing matters, and major capital and tenant improvement projects.
- Lead and support the day-to-day operations of a 500K SF Class A office portfolio.
- Serve as the on-site leader, overseeing building operations, tenant relations, financial performance, capital projects, vendors, and the property management team.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of commercial property management experience.
- Class A office experience is strongly preferred.
