About the Role

As a Senior Python Developer, you will help build a platform that streamlines property management workflows, automates tasks, and improves operational efficiency. You will work directly with the Director of Engineering and CTO to shape the product.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, develop, and optimize backend systems using Python and modern frameworks, including FastAPI.
• Design and implement scalable REST APIs for reliable data exchange.
• Optimize ORMs and database queries for performance.
• Build and support containerized services.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and cross-functional teammates to deliver AI-driven product capabilities.
