About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer passionate about building scalable, AI-driven solutions for the property management industry. You will collaborate directly with the Director of Engineering and CTO to architect and develop backend systems that streamline workflows, automate tasks, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and optimize backend systems using Python and modern frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Design and implement scalable REST APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Optimize ORMs and database queries to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Work with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-driven features.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in FastAPI.
• Deep understanding of backend architecture, RESTful API design, and database optimization.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Passion for AI and building innovative technology solutions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
