Job description
Tasks
- Design and develop scalable, highly available distributed systems
- Build and optimize Python applications for performance and reliability
- Manage enterprise-scale MongoDB deployments
- Perform data modeling, indexing, query optimization, replication, and sharding
- Improve system scalability, resiliency, monitoring, and disaster recovery
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and support platform modernization
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Python development experience
- Deep expertise in MongoDB and database performance tuning
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems
- Strong understanding of high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery
- Production monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management experience
- Experience optimizing high-volume transaction processing systems
- Preferred: Microservices and event-driven architecture
- Preferred: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Preferred: Docker and Kubernetes
- Preferred: CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Preferred: Observability and monitoring tools
- Preferred: Technical leadership and platform transformation
