About the role
Tsoy is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager with an engineering or construction background to support residential and commercial property developments.
Requirements
- Female applicants only.
- Engineering or construction background required.
- Minimum 5+ years’ relevant experience.
- Strong quantity surveying, budgeting, and cost-control experience.
- Experience managing multiple construction projects.
- UK construction, planning, and Building Control experience is highly desirable.
- Strong contractor, consultant, and stakeholder management skills.
