Senior Recruiter

This position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of full-cycle recruitment from pre-recruitment to start day, to ensure staffing levels are maintained and meet operational needs and priorities. Salary Range: $83,000 to $114,000. The final offer will be determined based on the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and internal equity considerations. The position is temporary for 3-4 months. Requirements include a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Public Administration, considerable experience in HR advisory services, knowledge of HR policies and practices, excellent communication skills, familiarity with recruitment tools, and legal authorization to work in Canada. An acceptable criminal record check is required.
