Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process from job posting through onboarding, creating a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates across multiple channels.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and advise on job descriptions and candidate criteria.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and analytics to measure results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Improve recruitment processes and the candidate experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and train junior recruiters while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Project management certification or experience preferred.
