Kelly is hiring a dedicated and experienced Senior Recruiter Manager to lead our recruitment team in Phoenix, Arizona. This full-time role is a key leadership position responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies and enhancing our company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural alignment.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
• Mentor and train junior recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with managerial responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in recruitment metrics.
• Project Management certification or relevant experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
