Senior Recruitment Specialist

Role Description The Senior Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in San Salvador, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to support Fusion CX’s growing global workforce. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting structured interviews. This role oversees candidate pipelines, coordinates assessment and selection activities, and ensures a consistent, inclusive, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The Senior Recruitment Specialist will also support onboarding and training initiatives for new hires, maintain accurate recruitment data and reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and employer branding. Collaboration with HR and business leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational needs and diversity and inclusion objectives is a key part of this position.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles.Candidates should possess effective Interviewing skills, with the ability to use structured methods to evaluate competencies and potential.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.Candidates should possess Training and onboarding skills to help integrate new hires and support their early development.Demonstrated experience as a recruitment specialist or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably in a high-growth or multinational environment.Knowledge of recruitment best practices, local labor market trends in San Salvador, and relevant employment regulations.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and standard productivity software.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.Commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive hiring practices and fostering a diverse workforce.Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English
