- Risk Mitigation and Regulatory Compliance
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in enterprise release management and change governance
- Understanding of end-to-end code deployment processes
- Experience managing complex production deployments
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills
- CI/CD Pipelines, ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps are nice to have
- Banking experience is preferred, but candidates with strong enterprise code deployment and release management experience from other industries are welcome
