Senior Ruby on Rails Software Engineer

Tasks

• Design, develop, test, and implement large-scale web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Build clean, maintainable code and high-performance APIs.
• Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL databases and optimize complex SQL queries.
• Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and external vendor teams.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and improve system scalability.
• Integrate GenAI tools into modern development workflows.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails (Minimum 6+ years in a senior capacity)
• Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and full-stack development
• Experience with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of GoLang, Core Java, or similar backend languages
• API development using REST, GraphQL, JSON, and Protobuf
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
• Testing frameworks such as RSpec and MiniTest
• CI/CD tools such as CircleCI and Jenkins
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
