Senior Ruby on Rails Software Engineer

Tasks

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications
• Build and maintain front-end and backend components
• Develop APIs and integrate database solutions
• Troubleshoot performance and system-capacity issues
• Maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors
• Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices

Requirements

• 8–10 Years
• Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• Full-stack software development
• API design and development (REST, RPC, JSON, XML, Protocol Buffers)
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
• PostgreSQL or MySQL database design and queries
• Application troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) integration in d5evelopment workflows
• Preferred: GoLang and Core Java
• Preferred: RSpec or MiniTest
• Preferred: CircleCI and Jenkins
• Preferred: AWS and DevOps practices
• Preferred: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
