Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer/Developer

About the role

Project focused on implementing Segregation of Duties (SOD) policies and automation across 2,000+ applications and 10–15 platforms.

Tasks

• Design and implement advanced SOD policies, entitlement controls, and remediation workflows.
• Develop custom rules, plugins, and automation for policy creation, validation, evaluation, and violation handling.
• Configure provisioning, access requests, certifications, and lifecycle events.
• Build SQL-based audit reports and troubleshoot database and integration issues.
• Support REST/SOAP integrations, deployment processes, and production operations.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.

Requirements

• 5–6+ years of SailPoint IdentityIQ development
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.x (8.4 & above)
• Workflows, rules, plugins, lifecycle events, provisioning, and approvals
• Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint IdentityIQ APIs
• Strong SQL skills and database troubleshooting
• Identity governance, auditing, custom reports, and dashboardsGit and SSB-based development/deployment practicesProduction troubleshooting, testing, code reviews, and deployment
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Preferred: SOD policy implementation experience
• Preferred: Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience
• Preferred: REST/SOAP integrations, CI/CD, and release management
• Preferred: SailPoint certifications

Schedule

• 4 days onsite per week
• 8 AM–5 PM ET
