Position Overview We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage the full sales cycle for training management and eLearning solutions. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic proposals and negotiations. Proven SaaS sales expertise, solution selling skills, and a passion for digital learning are essential. Key Responsibilities Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and connect with potential clients, managing the entire sales cycle for learning and eLearning solutions. Create and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales approaches to drive revenue growth in enterprise learning technology. Manage the Sales Pipeline: Track leads in the CRM system and ensure accurate, timely reporting. Understand Client Needs: Identify customer challenges and recommend tailored learning solutions. Deliver Engaging Presentations: Conduct product demos and presentations for leaders and decision-makers. Own and Close Deals: Take full ownership of deals from prospecting to successful closure. Collaborate with Marketing & Product Teams: Support solution promotion and share customer insights to improve products. Negotiate and Finalize Deals: Prepare proposals, discuss pricing, and close contracts in line with company policies. Qualifications Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably in training management or eLearning solutions. Strong solution selling and negotiation skills.
