Job description
Corient Business Solution is hiring a Senior Sales Manager in Coventry, UK. Lead sales and marketing efforts to grow the company’s outsourced accounting business, convert opportunities into new client orders, and help achieve firm sales targets.
Role overview
In this full-time, on-site role, you will work with sales, marketing, and business development teams to build a strong pipeline and turn qualified opportunities into confirmed orders. Experience selling services or solutions to accounting practices, or selling outsourcing solutions, is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.
- Monitor and report on lead generation, marketing, and business development activity.
- Hold regular progress meetings, track performance against targets, and provide support to keep plans on course.
- Convert sales opportunities into new client orders and contribute to firm order goals.
- Support business growth in outsourced accounting services.
Required qualifications
- At least 6 years of B2B sales experience (mandatory).
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, TaxCalc, or CCH (mandatory).
- Sales experience in accounting services, accounting practice solutions, or outsourcing is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- £70,000 per year.
- 30 days of holiday, including bank holidays.
- Flexible working hours.
- Commission for new clients won.
