Tasks

• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and technical delivery.
• Lead architecture, design, development, and integrations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Drive hands-on development using Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Design solutions for telecom processes, including customer management, case management, order management, MACD, billing, and service fulfillment.
• Lead integrations with BSS/OSS, billing, provisioning, and other enterprise systems using MuleSoft and APIs.
• Drive adoption of Agentforce, Data 360, Headless 360, and API-first architectures.
• Own technical governance, code quality, CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and production stability.
• Manage onsite/offshore teams, technical risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with customer architects, business stakeholders, and senior IT leadership.

Requirements

• 12–15+ Years of IT Experience, including 7+ Years in Salesforce
• Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud architecture experience
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, Salesforce APIs, and integrations
• Proven experience owning technical delivery for large-scale enterprise Salesforce engagements
• Strong telecommunications domain experience with BSS/OSS integrations
• Experience with MuleSoft, API-first architecture, and enterprise system integration
• Working knowledge of Agentforce, Data 360, Headless 360, and MCP concepts
