About the role
BCI is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Salesforce CPQ Technical Consultant for an onsite contract opportunity in Miami, Florida.
Requirements
- Locals Preferred
- Visa: H1B, GC EAD, H4 EAD, L2S – Only
- 8 years in Salesforce, including 6+ years of strong Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick/SBQQ) experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, pricing rules, product bundles, QCP, discounts, and approval processes.
- Extensive experience with subscriptions, contracts, amendments, renewals, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Salesforce Billing, invoicing, and revenue operations experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills using Apex, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience investigating production issues, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills and the ability to independently manage technical workstreams.
