Senior Salesforce Developer - Panamá, Panama (Remote Eligible)

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be a key member of the CRM development team, reporting directly to the CRM Manager to implement the LLA strategy for CRM solutions. This role requires advanced expertise in Salesforce and Vlocity platforms, including force.com development and Vlocity architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Salesforce and Vlocity applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain force.com and Vlocity platform components with strong technical architecture understanding.
• Conduct thorough testing, training, and provide post-deployment support to ensure smooth CRM operation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align CRM implementation with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Salesforce and Vlocity development.
• Strong knowledge of force.com platform and Vlocity architecture.
• Ability to manage configuration, testing, and training processes effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This is a full-time position based in Panamá, Panama with remote work eligibility.
