Job description
Tasks
- Deliver SAP EWM AMS, ensuring SLA compliance and operational stability.
- Lead AMS transition as a receiver, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and stabilization.
- Manage incident, problem, change & release management (ITIL).
- Provide functional support for Inbound/Outbound, HU, Wave, RF, Labor Management, Slotting, etc.
- Support integrations with S/4HANA, TM, GTS, QM and 3PL systems.
- Collaborate with global teams and mentor onsite/offshore consultants.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
Requirements
- 15–20 years of overall SAP experience
- Strong SAP EWM functional expertise (Decentralized & Embedded)
- AMS experience (Mandatory)
- Transition experience as a receiver
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
