Job description
Tasks
- Lead SAP technical architecture, solution design, and systems analysis.
- Oversee SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, payroll applications, and third-party integrations.
- Drive technical delivery across multiple concurrent projects, from design through deployment.
- Lead SAP developers, functional leads, and integration teams.
- Manage matrixed resources, technical priorities, project timelines, and delivery quality.
- Oversee application enhancements, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with HR Technology leadership and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong SAP technical architecture and solution design experience.
- Mandatory hands-on technical experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and payroll applications.
- Experience with SAP HR integrations and third-party systems.
- Proven experience as a Senior SAP Technical Lead, Technical Architect, or Technical Delivery Lead.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
