Join GTR as a Senior Scrum Master and lead Agile project management initiatives within a dynamic team. This full-time role, based in the United States with remote eligibility, offers a competitive salary of USD $110,000 per year. You will be pivotal in driving Scrum processes, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, and delivering high-quality products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Agile teams: Guide teams on Scrum framework and Agile methodologies to foster collaboration and engagement.
• Facilitate Scrum events: Manage daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to enhance transparency and team performance.
• Support product backlog management: Assist the product owner in prioritizing and clearly defining backlog items.
• Remove impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress, promoting continuous improvement.
• Communicate with stakeholders: Provide regular project updates and collaborate on solutions to meet project goals.
• Mentor team members: Support professional growth and Agile best practices within the team.
• Promote knowledge sharing: Ensure alignment on strategic goals and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
