Senior Scrum Master - United States - GTR

Join GTR as a Senior Scrum Master and lead Agile project management initiatives across our US-based teams. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $110,000 per year and the opportunity to drive Scrum processes that enhance product delivery and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach teams on Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework to ensure effective collaboration and engagement. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to promote transparency and continuous improvement. Support the product owner in backlog management by prioritizing and clearly articulating product requirements. Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and collaborate on solutions. Mentor team members to support their professional growth and Agile adoption. Promote knowledge sharing and alignment on strategic goals across teams. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience in Agile Project Management and Scrum framework implementation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. This role is remote-eligible and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure Agile principles are effectively implemented throughout the organization. The Senior Scrum Master will report to project management leadership and play a pivotal role in driving Agile excellence at GTR.
