Job description
GTR is hiring a full-time Senior Scrum Master for a remote position in the United States. The role offers a salary of USD $110,000 per year. You will guide Agile project management practices, help teams apply the Scrum framework, and support efficient delivery of quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach teams on Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Help the product owner maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog.
- Identify and remove impediments, promoting continuous improvement.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and collaborate on solutions.
- Mentor team members in professional development and Agile practices.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and alignment across teams on strategic goals and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile project management and the Scrum framework.
- Strong team leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
- Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Work Environment
