Job Title: Service Delivery Manager - Application Development & Maintenance (ADM)Location: Hartford, CT- (Hybrid)Duration: Long-Term Contract Role OverviewSeeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager with strong AMS/ADM service delivery experience and a background in Insurance/BFSI, particularly Guidewire Billing Center production support.
Must-Have Skills15+ years of overall IT experience.Strong AMS/ADM Service Delivery Management experience.Strong Guidewire Billing Center production support experience.Insurance/BFSI domain experience.Experience managing large 24x7 global delivery teams.Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder management.Guidewire Cloud experience.Experience with SLA/KPI, major incident, problem, change, and service governance.Experience with automation, AIOps, GenAI, SRE, or digital transformation.Strong understanding of production support, service reliability, and operational excellence.
