Senior Service Technician

Tasks

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across RTUs, chillers, VRFs, VAV systems, split systems, supermarket racks, and commercial refrigeration
• Repair/replace compressors, motors, heat exchangers, coils, and controls
• Supervise refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging procedures
• Lead commissioning, startup, BAS/BMS retrofits, and permanent root-cause fixes
• Mentor technicians and apprentices; serve as technical liaison between field and office

Requirements

• Trade school/associate degree in HVACR
• 5-8 years commercial HVACR service
• EPA 608 Universal
• OSHA 30
• MA Refrigeration Technician License required
• RI license preferred
• Valid driver's license, clean record
• Clean manufacturing background

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Onsite
• 8-10 hour days, 5 days/week, occasional weekends/early mornings/late evenings as needed

Pay

• $50 - $70/hr ($104,000 - $145,600/year)
• $10,000 signing bonus with active MA Refrigeration license
