Senior ServiceNow Administrator

About the role

Manage, optimize, and enhance a highly customized enterprise ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Administration experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Strong hands-on experience with ITSM and SPM modules
• Experience with platform upgrades, patching, and release management
• Proficiency in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flows, and Notifications
• Experience with ACLs, security administration, IntegrationHub, and APIs
• Strong knowledge of reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics
• Experience managing customized ServiceNow environments and reducing technical debt
• Preferred: ServiceNow CIS certification
• Preferred: CMDB and Asset Management experience
• Preferred: JavaScript scripting and enterprise-level platform administration

Schedule

• Contract
• Duration: 6 Months
• Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite per week
• Two rounds via Microsoft Teams.
