Senior ServiceNow Developer

Tasks

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications.
• Build and maintain applications using App Engine Studio and scoped applications.
• Develop server-side scripts using GlideRecord, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Implement REST API integrations and workflow automation using Flow Designer.
• Configure UI Builder and Configurable Workspace experiences.
• Implement ACLs, role-based security, and platform governance standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support platform upgrades.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with App Engine Studio and custom application development.
• Strong knowledge of GlideRecord, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST integrations.
• Knowledge of UI Builder, Configurable Workspace, and ACLs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong technical documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Preferred: ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent ITSM experience
