Senior ServiceNow Developer

Tasks

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise ServiceNow applications
• Build scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe custom solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs
• Optimize platform performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Support platform upgrades, release governance, and change reviews
• Mentor developers and promote ServiceNow best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• 3+ years of experience with App Engine Studio and custom application development
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting: Script Includes & Business Rules, Scripted REST APIs, GlideRecord & Query Optimization
• Experience with Flow Designer, reusable actions, subflows, and automation
• Hands-on experience with Configurable Workspace, UI Builder, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
• Strong knowledge of ACLs, role-based access control, and platform security
• Experience with REST integrations, JSON, and IntegrationHub
• Familiarity with Platform Analytics, indicators, breakdowns, and dashboards
• Agile/Scrum experience and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to mentor developers, review code, and enforce development standards
• Local Candidates: Strongly Preferred

• Contract Duration: 3–6 Months
• Work Arrangement: Remote

Pay

• Pay Rate: $93.17/hr
