Senior ServiceNow Developer

Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain complex ServiceNow applications and platform solutions.
• Build advanced user interfaces using Service Portal, UI Builder, Configurable Workspaces, and custom UI components.
• Develop complex client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
• Implement Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Design and develop REST API integrations with internal and external applications.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure platform stability.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and follow development best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 7–10 Years
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and application customization.
• Expertise in UI Builder, Service Portal, Configurable Workspaces, and custom UI components.
• Advanced JavaScript programming, including asynchronous programming and event handling.
• Strong knowledge of GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideForm, and GlideSystem.
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and application security.
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations and debugging.
• Knowledge of application architecture, performance optimization, and deployment practices.
• Ability to independently translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
