📍 Location: Remote (Atlanta, GA area candidates strongly preferred)
💼 Duration: 6 Months
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in enterprise application development, platform integrations, and custom application solutions.
🔹 Required Experience
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
3+ years of experience with App Engine Studio and custom application development.
3+ years of experience with Agile or sprint-based delivery.
🔹 Key Technical Skills
ServiceNow App Engine Studio, scoped applications, and platform APIs.
Server-side scripting: Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scripted REST APIs.
GlideRecord, query optimization, and transactional logic.
Flow Designer, reusable actions, subflows, and automation.
Configurable Workspace, UI Builder, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
ACLs, role hierarchy, access controls, and platform security.
REST API integrations, JSON, and IntegrationHub.
Platform Analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
Platform governance, upgrade-safe development, and technical documentation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications.
Build scalable, secure, and maintainable custom solutions.
Support platform upgrades, production troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and release governance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor developers and promote platform development best practices.
🎓 Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent ITSM experience
🏠 Work Arrangement: 100% remote is acceptable. Local candidates are strongly preferred.
