Requirements

• 12–14+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow development expertise.
• End-to-end ServiceNow implementation experience in enterprise environments, particularly APM and technology governance.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow APM, CMDB, CSDM, and custom workflows.
• Advanced JavaScript scripting and platform customization skills.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of platform governance, SDLC best practices, and compliance requirements in regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise architects, development teams, risk managers, and operations teams.
• Strong technical documentation skills, including specifications, reporting artifacts, and audit documentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-driven productivity tools is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of TOGAF and ITIL frameworks is preferred.
• USC / Green Card holders (Green Card 1980-1988)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
