Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer – Integration

Tasks

• Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request.
• Design, develop, and implement REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems.
• Work extensively with ServiceNow APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Create and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot integrations and optimize ServiceNow platform performance.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM development and customization.
• Extensive experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and web services.
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Good understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, integration, and problem-solving skills.
• Work Authorization: Green Card (GC) and US Citizens (USC) Only
