Senior ServiceNow SDK Developer

Tasks

• Develop and deploy scoped applications using ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK).
• Build application metadata using ServiceNow Fluent.
• Develop locally using Visual Studio Code and modern CLI tools.
• Implement workflows, Flow Designer, scripting and custom application enhancements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST APIs.
• Support ATF, instance upgrades, regression testing and application certification.
• Work with ITSM, CMDB, MID Server, Discovery, import sets and transform maps.
• Leverage Now Assist for Creator or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance and monitoring.

Requirements

• 13+ years of ServiceNow experience
• Preferred: Ex -Goldman Sachs
• ServiceNow SDK / NOW SDK
• ServiceNow Fluent
• Scoped Application Development
• JavaScript, Server-Side & Client-Side APIs
• Flow Designer, ITSM & REST Integrations
• ATF, Upgrades & Regression Testing
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience
• Banking or financial-services experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.
